Does anyone know where I can view a charter communications commercial online that features a chunky man in his underwear watering his garden or something like that? Usually, a company loves to have their customers watch their commercials.|||Did you ever find the commercial? I think the one your talking about has Eric Estrata(sp) the guy who played a cop on that old 80's show CHIPS I think. The guy in the robe is my step-dad, and we have yet to see the commerical!
