Need high up contact name & # w/Charter communications- they're screwing me over!?

i have been dealing with Charter Communications since 1/5/07 trying to get cable %26amp; internet installed. it has been nothing short of a nightmare, to the point i have emailed Channel 5 news %26amp; may need a lawyer. there is no such thing as customer service there. all the employees are there simply to collect a paycheck. can anyone help?|||sheesh, i have been dealing with charter for years and the only problems I have had was tracking down a connection problem...and thier ever rising prices.
