Does charter communications 10 Mbps internet have power boost?

when ever i do a speed test it is more then 10Mbps. it actually goes up to 15Mbps+|||Yes...they added power boost to all speeds...It actually just gives you a 3 meg boost, so you must've had a good day ^_^
