Is Charter Communications CHTRQ a buy?

Doesn't Paul Allen own Charter, isn't he like the richest guy in the world. I know charter filed for bankruptcy, but is this company, the 3rd or 4th largest cable provider in the US, going to go under. I don't see it happening. The stock is at like 3 cents or so, can this thing come back from the dead...Is this the demise of Charter? Or is this stock a huge buy?|||I think it is a SUPER bargain!
