What is the email symbol on charter cable box?

There is a email symbol on my charter communication cable box that its lit up... what does it mean?

Read the electronic mail message they have sent you. It is accessed via the remote and read on the TV screen. Try the info button.|||It means the provider has left you a message on the box message system.





There should be an option in the root box menu.
