Can i sue charter communications?

My father is paying for our our charter internet service that is not working we have told them multiple times something is wrong with our internet and they keep coming out here to "fix it" and they say nothing is wrong. Recently my dad went to pay a bill and a new girl in their looked at our signal and said i can look at your modem now and tell you something is seriously wrong with your internet and she said shell send someone out here again and again till they fix it. It still is not fixed and the internet keeps dropping when im playing online games.|||You potentially have a very good suit. Charter promised to provide a service and is refusing to provide the service and refusing to fix the problem. At best it's a breach of contract. At worst, it's a violation of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (MMPA).

Because I had this issue and it annoyed the hell out of me until I did some looking and found out it is a resource allocation problem with your router. (Mine was netgear)

PS. That is just charter, I called and cancelled and told them they are the Antichrist!|||Just UPGRADE to Wii-Fi; it's awesome through Charter. I've had Zero problems. IF you play lots of online games its just BETTER. I think their phone connection sucks but we don't use our land line much these days any way. It's just a waste to Sue. You can just get other internet service IF you are extremely unhappy!|||No, you can't sue them as you're not the account holder. Your dad would need to get in contact with charter to discuss some sort of compensation. If he didn't have a contract with them and he continued to renew each month, he would have no case.|||This would be a ridiculous lawsuit.
