Does Anyone else hate Charter Communication?

These guys have a horrible retentions service. They just keep raising rates and have bad customer service!!!|||If this were a competitive market you would simply take your business elsewhere, wouldn't you? Unfortunately your local government probably granted them an exclusive franchise, which means your choices may be pretty limited right now. One more reason why government should stay out of these things.|||they think they can get away with raising rates every few months and they do. in my area they are the ONLY cable provider unless you have a dish.|||Had Charter in St. Louis for years. I switched to satelite (DirectTV) three years ago and am well pleased with the upgrade.
