They are supposed to install cable tomorrow, but before they do. I have no intentions on staying with them for more then 6 months cause that is when the promotion deal is up. In six months can i call and cancel without being charged a cancellation fee.|||You have to call Charter Customer Care and make sure that the package you are getting for the six months does not require a contract. Most Cable companies give their customers a promotional price for six months to a year but they agree to stay with the customer for at least a year. Contact Charter Customer care and ask if you are locked in on a contract with this 6 months promotional special.|||Answerer # 1 is right. Check to make sure there is no contract. also, when you cancel, go straight to cancellation, and ask whether there is another promotional deal.
