Charter communications is less than half a mile away from my house im wondering is there anyway i can get it?

I've been waiting for about 2 years now and still nothing, they are about 10 houses between my house and where the cable ends.|||Oh wow I gotta saw that stinks...So 10 houses between you and the closest cablebox? Have they ever come out to survey your house? They would need to do that first so they can make sure they can dig underground, build a lock box, etc. Call again and ask them to survey the area and give you a reason why they couldn't do it in the first place.
