Does Charter Communications charge for tech support to go to your house?

My phone and Internet keep going out and coming back at almost random times on for 4 days now. Will they charge me anything to get it fix? (I rent my Internet modem and phone modem from them)|||They'll charge you if it's not Charter related, for example the wiring inside the home, or if you have a router. Any signal issues from our end to the outside of your home shouldn't be charged to you.|||i think i see the problem you have two modems they are working against each other.


disconnect the phone from the modem and plug it directly into the wall jack,that may


solve the problem.what harm can it do to try it.
