Does Charter Communications in Michigan comply with the Michigan New Hire Program?

Soon to be ex-husband may be getting a job there and he hasn't paid child support for a year, so I'm just wondering if I will need to report it if he gets employment there or if I should leave it up to him and Charter.|||Give him a chance, then step on his nads.
