Has anyone else had problems with Charter Communications billing?

I recently have had problems with charter communications once again. I have been doing auto pay with them, but they have once again taken to much money out of my account. But this time they went one step further by taking it out 22 days early!! So if you have a checking account you know how that can throw you off. My question: HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD PROBLEMS WITH CHARTER BILLING? HAVE THEY TAKEN MORE MONEY FROM YOU THEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO? OR HAVE THEY JUST MESSED UP ON BILLING YOU?|||I had charter cable for a couple years, with no billing problems.|||yes. they are horrible! They have charged late fees when payments aren't late.
