My dad and I are living in Germany and he wants to cancel his Charter Communications because he's paying $80 a month for it even though he's not using it. He tried having someone back home do it for him but they wouldn't allow it. He was told he had to call the 888 number but he can't call. Is there an email address or another number he can use to contact Charter?
Is there a way to do it online?|||As far as I know the only way you can cancel is over the phone or in person. You can try doing the chat on charter.com, because they ask for the same info as over the phone does, but the only problem with that is they'll be concerned about the security of your information.
