How to get a job as an installer for Dish Network or Charter Communications?

I've always wanted to be an Installer or Broadband Tec for one of these companies. Ive researched the job openings and what they expect, but it's generic information.I have a degree in communications, but I don't really have any experience in this field. Does anymore have any suggestions on what it would take to get hired with these companies?|||As far as I know for Charter you don't need too much experience for being an installer...Alot of people start in a call center or something else first then go to an installer...It doesn't hurt to just apply, and see if you get an interview.
