We just purchased a Motorola Q from Sprint and are trying to get it to download our email from Outlook - which comes from our Charter Communications email. We went step by step through the manual and are receiving an "Error - unable to place call" message.
Any insight as to WHY?!?!?!?!?!?! We don't know which company to call even to troubleshoot the error.
Thanx.|||If Sprint won't offer technical support and get it fix, I would take it back and cancel. They should fix it for you. It could be many problems from the phone settings to the switch settings. Sprint aint the only game in town.
