What is the world has happened to Charter Communications stock value?

I looked at the stock market and Charter closed at .12 per share. Will there be a buy-out, take over? Will AT%26amp;T take over? What about the employees? Will they lose their jobs. I pray that they won't.|||Our jobs haven't been threatened in any way. Yes it is a huge downfall, considering when I got interviewed for the job back in October, the stocks were at 1.00, but we still continue on, we work, we live. And plus in my area there building a new Charter building...I don't think AT%26amp;T will be taking over...EVER.
