I got this message saying "Powered by Charter Communications" on top of my IE blue bar. How do I remove that?

I got this message saying "Powered by Charter Communications" on top of my Internet Explorer...the blue bar. How do I remove that message?|||Download and install SpyBot S%26amp;D. There is a section that allows you to fix that in their tools. We used it at Valdosta State IT, works great!
