Will charter communications in massachusetts become comcast?

i am wondering with charter communications filing a chapter 11 will it's whole cable system be bought out by comcast sence they're the ones they owe the most to.|||I don't know... more than likely charter communications across the nation will either become comcast or just go under completely... They just recently filed for bankruptcy. and their stock is trading for $0.0291 lol.
